PCM200 hammer crusher is installed between main body and tail of BSL. Coal runs fromBSL, to crusher. Hammer head rotates at high speed along with the running of crushing shaft, thatbreaking large lump of coal into required size.

Process: Hammer shaft assembly is composed of crushing shaft, hammer, hammer head, key, bearing.sealing elements and fastening bolts. Crushing shaft and hammer are connected and positionedby 4 keys. Hammer body is cast-molded while its head is processed by forging, and they areconnected by anti-loose fasteners, with tightening torque 1990N· m.
